Information about the data in each project

We have collected data from 27 published RNA-seq projects. The project IDs are the last name of the first author with the year of the publication. The details of the refrences can be found in supplementary Table 1.

In each project folder, there are following files (all files in text format):
1) AS_events.gtf:  AS events identified from the project;
2) Summary.events: sumary of the AS event types;
3) transcripts.gtf:  the RNA-seq mapping information with quantification (FPKM).
4) transcripts.fa: fasta file of transcripts sequences;
5) id.map: the id in the project gtf file mapping to the final assembled transcripts;
